Nuage gin is the stormy face of the Nephelae, Greek nymphs of clouds and rain. It combines the roundness of their voluptuousness and the electric character of a stormy night.
The balance is perfect between its ingredients including the subtle juniper, the floral blackcurrant bud, the spicy coriander, the fresh mandarin.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Translucent
Nose: Delicate, the juniper is coated with lemon notes. We then distinguish some herbaceous notes, including coriander.
Palate: Round, powerful, lemony.
The finish reveals a hint of bitterness, and slight salinity
Tasting: On ice, topped with tonic water, or in classic cocktails such as Dry Martini, Negroni.

Cocktails / Recipes
RASPBERRY GIN TONIC
40 ml Nuage Gin
10 ml Merlet Raspberry liqueur
80 ml Tonic
Pour Merlet Crème de framboise in highball glass with ice cubes, add gin. Complete with tonic.
Claridge
30 ml Nuage Gin
15 ml Vermouth blanc
10 ml Merlet Trois Citrus, Triple sec
10 ml Merlet Lune d’abricot
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass.
Stir with a spoon and strain into a martini glass.
